Preparing and dispatching your order

We begin preparing your order after it has been confirmed and payment has been received, subject to item availability.

Dispatch takes place when your parcel is handed to the carrier. This marks the start of the transit time to your address or collection point.

Delivery times after dispatch

For Belgium and Luxembourg, transit generally takes 2 to 5 working days after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

For other destinations, please refer to the delivery time shown for your chosen carrier when placing your order.

Order preparation time is additional to transit time. Weekends, public holidays and possible transport disruptions may affect the arrival date.

Tracking your parcel

A tracking link or tracking number is provided when available.

If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the stated delivery period, contact us at contact@lookhippiechic.com, quoting your order reference. We will check the shipment’s progress with the carrier.
